Our team is qualified to review freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build title checks for residential properties. The service includes checking and amending the Draft contract and Transfer Deed, raising the necessary title enquiries, and drafting the legal report on title. We can also review supporting documents which form part of the contract documentation. We will highlight any issues to the conveyancer.

Post Completion
Comprehensive Due Diligence Reports
Our team is specialised in preparing AP1 and FR1 applications to submit to the Land Registry. We will also assist with Land Registry requisitions.
