All Auxilio Associates are full time employees holding UK law degrees and are managed by our experienced Head of Legal Services. Every project benefits from quality control, assurance and a standard Two-Step QC Process, which sees work checked first at our Service Delivery Centre, then again by one of our QC team. Various KPI’s are also tracked and reported, including time spent per document, changes made or tracked and error rates so you have a full picture.

Systems and security

Regardless of your choice, we know your information is extremely sensitive so we offer a multi-layered approach to safety and security.
Whether we use Moxo or your system, we carry out all work securely via the ISO27001, SOC-1 and SOC-2 certified Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. We host data in the Azure cloud in the UK on secure Microsoft servers. This provides an extra layer of security encompassing document download/access restrictions, IP based restrictions, firewall, malware protection and daily backups.
